DC Republican Committee Staff
Nick Jeffress was appointed the Executive Director of the District of Columbia Republican Committee on February 13, 2012. He is responsible for the day to day operations of the DC Republican Committee. Nick lives in Adams Morgan and is a Ward 1 resident.
In 2010, Nick served as the DC Republican Committee's Victory Volunteer Coordinator, responsible for the volunteer and advance work for the DC Republican Committee and our candidates. Nick acted as a campaign manager for many of the candidates and played a critical role in Patrick Mara's successful School Board campaign.

Margaret Melady handles the finances of the DC Republican Committee including the Federal Election Commission and DC Office of Campaign Finance reporting. Margaret serves as Sr. Vice Chair of the Committee and most recently was Patrick Mara's 2011 campaign Treasurer for At-Large DC Council. Margaret is originally from Connecticut and ran for statewide office when she was a resident of Connecticut. Margaret and her husband, Ambassador Thomas Melady, are active in their DC community and church. They are residents of Cleveland Park.
Renee is a 3 year veteran of the DC Republican Committee and is a Junior at Catholic University. Renee is a Ward 5 registered Republican and is originally from Delaware. Renee helps the DC Republican Committee with its research, meeting preparations, campaign activities and overall help.
